A passion for wine and life brought partners Thomas & Genevieve together in 2002 to buy some Pinot Noir from the far reaches of Sonoma County and found Rivers-Marie. That very first handshake agreement, contracts weren’t needed back in those days, brought a scant few tons of Summa Vineyard Pinot into the fold and the rest as they say, is history.
